Oozeme is not liable for delays caused by the courier company/postal authorities and guarantees to dispatch the order within the specified time frame. Delivery is made to the address provided during purchase. Confirmation of delivery will be sent to your registered email.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 4-5 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may extend during peak seasons or promotional periods or due to weather conditions, maximum 14 days.
